History of Overlooked
Founded in 2016, Overlooked Group has grown into a six-mine resources company — building on coal operations whose roots reach back decades, while steadily expanding capacity, ownership and a just transition toward the green economy. We entered the coal mining industry with the acquisition of Overlooked Colliery, initially producing just 80,000 tons of ROM per month. Today, a decade later, we proudly produce 800,000 tons per month, managing six collieries and six plants across our operations.
