Ontiretse Mathews Senosi Group Chief Executive Officer
Under the leadership of Ontiretse Mathews Senosi, Overlooked Group will not only thrive but will flourish. With a strong mining engineering background from the University of Witwatersrand, Senosi’s business prowess, intelligence, humility, and determination has ensured that Overlooked Group ascends to its rightful place in the market.
Luyanda Mngadi Group Chief Financial Officer
Luyanda Mngadi joined Overlooked Group as Chief Financial Officer in August 2021, bringing 14 years of experience from PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc. (PwC). As a Chartered Accountant, she serviced mining industry clients and gained international experience in the UK and USA.
Kgosietsile Mafoko Chief Operations Officer Katlego Operations
Previously Chief Operations Officer for Metals, Kgosietsile now brings with him into his new portfolio as COO of Katlego Mining Operations 23 years of operational expertise and an MBA from University of Stellenbosch. He’s a seasoned leader in the mining sector, known for his exceptional interpersonal skills, leadership prowess, and commitment to health and safety leadership. Kgosietsile’s passion for sustainable mining practices is evident in his focus on environmental stewardship and community outreach.
Itumeleng Nkotoe Chief Operating Officer Tswelopele Operations
Itumeleng Nkotoe is the Chief Operating Officerof Tswelopele Mining Operations. With over 27years of mining experience, he has held several production and managerial positions in coal mining companies. One of his most remarkable qualities is his willingness to learn beyond what is already available; this has made him a hands-on professional who thrives in an environment of quick decision-making. He is people-focused in his approach to business and values teamwork,respect and excellence from those around him.

Our Geographical Footprint
Our production portfolio encompasses two coal mining clusters & beneficiation plants situated in the heart of Mpumalanga, the province of the rising sun. The coal mines consist of Katlego and Tswelopele mining operations nestled near the towns of Kriel, Bethal, and Hendrina. Our mines are strategically located to optimise production and logistics. With a strong presence in this coal-rich region, we are well-positioned to drive growth, innovation, and excellence in the mining sector.
